LegalMedsDirect.com offers different membership options; 1 month, 3 month and 6 month memberships. Depending on the membership option you choose, you will have access to our site for that amount of time. When the membership option you chose has expired, so will your access to Legalmedsdirect.com. Memberships purchased after January 21, 2010 will NOT automatically renew.

We log (electronically record and keep) each and every member’s activity on our website to prevent fraud. Unfortunately from time to time someone will become a member only to access the information found on our website and then request a refund; or in some instances even threaten to charge back. When you become a member of LegalMedsDirect, you have full access to our website, whether you choose to use it or not. Full access to our site qualifies for us to receive payment for membership. In the event that a member requests a refund and/or charge back, we will provide any and all detailed proof of the member’s activity history. Attempts to refund and/ or charge back with your credit card company will be disputed.

Although all Memberships purchased after January 21, 2010 will automatically expire after the term of the membership option you chose, there are some memberships that may automatically renew depending on when you became a member. In this instance it is the individual member’s responsibility to cancel their membership prior to the renewal date, if you wish to terminate your membership. If you purchased a recurring membership, and choose to cancel and terminate your membership, you must notify us before your renewal date and time in order to cancel your membership and avoid automatic renewal. Cancellations can be done through the “Contact Us” link, found on the website. LegalMedsDirect will not be held responsible for any memberships that are not cancelled via email, before the renewal date.
